Each lot of the estate was harvested manually at the right moment using 10kg crates during the coolest hours of night, followed by a manual selection of the best grapes. After a 5-day maceration, alcoholic fermentation was conducted with select yeasts for 14 days. Controlled open and clossed pump-overs were performed during the fermentation and maceration phases. Total maceration times was 28 days. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French and American oak barrels, followed by a 16-month ageing period. The best barrels were selected before proceeding with the final blend. The wine was bottled unfiltered and further aged for 2 years.

Tasting Note
Aromas of white chocolate and black fruits. Delicate notes of fruit preserves. Well-blended tannins on the palate, good acidity and structure. A round, balanced palate with a gentle touch of wood.
