Wine Details

Grapes were handpicked and taken to the winery to be destemmed, crushed and transferred into stainless steel tanks where they underwent pre-fermentation cold maceration at approximately 28º C. The final blend of the various batches was aged in contact with French oak for 8 months and bottled a year after fermentation had been completed.

From the Miraflores and Los Lingues Estates in the Colchagua Valley.

Tasting Note

This flower scented Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep, bright violet color and delicious aromas of red fruits that mix with notes of black pepper and cedar on the palate.

Food Pairing

Pair with Venison stew in red wine sauce, hamburgers with blue cheese, charcoal grilled beef.
