Wine Details

Hand harvested, double selection grapes are fermented in the traditional method, with select yeasts and controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with the skins for a few days to enhance its complexity and balance. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Once bottled, the wine spent another six months before release.

Tasting Note

Dark garnet in color, this wine features a spicy nose of white pepper combined with dried herbs and ripe black fruits. Expressive mouth of fine red fruit, plums, sweet spices and blond tobacco. A ripe wine of elegant silky texture, rich acidity and good structure that lingers in the palate.

Food Pairing

Pair with pork ribs, vegetables au gratin, lamb stuffed pasta.
