Wine Details

Grapes for this wine are harvested once they have attained the right level of phenolic maturation, to ensure that the tannin will be gentle and the fruit, fresh and ripe. The two grape varieties are fermented and aged separately. Aged in French oak barrels for at least 14 months until final blending to produce a wine of multiple dimensions and aromatic layers.

Vineyards/Region

Alto Maipo sector on the piedmont of the Andes Range.

Tasting Note

Ruby red color. Blackcurrant and cherry nose with undertones of nutmeg and cedar and an overlay of dark chocolate. Very ample mouthfeel, delicate tannin and the signature elegance and balance of Alto Maipo wines.

Food Pairing

Pair with grilled meats, stews, beef bourguignon.
