Santa Carolina Reserva Rosé 2022

Wine Details

Harvested on the brink of ripeness, the grapes used in this Rosé were whole
bunch pressed and the juice was kept in contact with skins for a couple of
hours to obtain a delicate pink shade. The wine was subsequently fermented
as a white wine, at low temperature and using selected yeasts. Following
fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for a few weeks for enhanced
complexity and softness on the palate.

Tasting Note

Beautiful, light pink color. Intense nose of expressive red fruit like cherry and
raspberry and delicate hints of rose. The palate exhibits delicate tannins and
mouthwatering acidity. A flavorful, easy to drink, juicy and refreshing wine.

Food Pairing

Pair with Paella, green salad with chicken and croutons, plum tart.

50% Grenache, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Merlot
