Wine Details
Cool morning hand harvesting. Clusters are hand-selected. Whole berry cold maceration for three days. Stainless steel fermentation with smaller lots in French oak. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrel. Lots are then blended and aged in French oak barrels (15-20% new oak) for 10-12 months.

Tasting Note
Aromas of black fruits like blackberries and blueberries, notes of earth and forest undergrowth. Complex, medium bodied. The elegant palate is enhanced by silky tannins.
