100% hand-harvested in September. Gentle, full bunch pressing, no maceration. Sur Lie ageing to start, then stored in stainless before bottling.

Vineyards in the Roero section of Langhe, Italy. Steep, sunny, hillside
vineyards with sandy sediments and marine clays.

Tasting Note

Fresh and grassy notes, similar to white Bordeaux. Aromas of blossom, fresh pear, apricots and a hint of hazelnut. Medium bodied.

Food Pairing

Enjoy as an aperitif, or pair with any type of seafood, garlic pasta dishes, roasted vegetables and salads.
