Wine details 

100% hand harvested in October. Maceration occurs in 100% stainless steel tanks for an average of two weeks. Aged in large French oak casks (3,500L) for a total of 30 months before bottling.

Vineyards/Region

Southern-facing, small parcels in the villages of Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, and Serralungad’Alba. Traditional combinations of Barolo soils, sun exposures and altitudes.

Tasting Note

Pale brick red in color, bold mouthfeel with rigid tannins. Subtle notes of spice, rose, cherry and fig.

Food Pairing

Pair with Fall aromatic truffles, grilled meats, lamb, chicken or risotto with mushrooms.
